Peakside Vacations To ensure all guests feel comfortable and our accommodations remain in excellent condition, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement. Please leave the accommodation swept clean and dispose of all waste before departure.

2. Non-Smoking Properties Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony – please use an ashtray.

3. No Parties or Events Our properties are intended for relaxation. Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed – please be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding environment.

4. Pets Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please bring your own blankets or beds for your pet and ensure cleanliness.

5. Visitors Additional overnight guests or visitors are only permitted with prior consent from the host.

6. Kitchen & Amenities The kitchen is fully equipped. Please treat all inventory with care and ensure that used dishes are cleaned before departure.

7. Waste Separation & Environmental Protection Please separate waste according to local regulations. Information on proper waste separation can be found in the accommodation.

8. Liability & Damages Guests are liable for any damages caused. Please inform us immediately if something is damaged or not functioning properly.

9. Safety & Care Please close all windows and doors when leaving the property. Be mindful of electrical appliances (e.g., stove, air conditioning) and do not leave them running unattended.

10. Pool, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Areas (if available) Use is at your own risk. Please observe the safety instructions on-site. Children may only use the pool area under adult supervision.
