Arrival by car:    The easiest way to arrive is via the A8 motorway (Munich – Salzburg). Please take the exit Bernau am Chiemsee or alternatively Grabenstätt, then follow the signs towards Eggstätt / Lake Chiemsee. Well-developed state and local roads lead you directly into the village.

Train & public transport : The nearest train station is located in Prien am Chiemsee, approximately 8 km away. From there, regular train connections are available to Munich, Salzburg and Rosenheim. Bus services connect Eggstätt with Prien and the surrounding villages.

Airports Munich Airport: approx. 90 km Salzburg Airport: approx. 60 km Once here, Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding area can also be easily explored by bicycle.
